Reimagining Accountability with your Organisation

Nurturing symbiotic teams & organisations: Conversations with Lichen

What can resilience look like when it emerges through cooperation? What can we learn about our own role and responsibility in times of change and crisis?

Change is happening faster than many of us can adapt. Lichen offers lessons in preparedness for how your team or community responds to crisis. We use lichen as a starting point to help individuals and organizations build the confidence, humility, and relational skills needed to navigate systemic uncertainty cooperatively.

Participants leave with tangible frameworks for understanding interdependence and practical tools for navigating uncertainty as a team with greater humility and care.
